What was the highlight of NDC Resort & Spa

For short stay okay.

The room was spacious and clean. Only for reduced price a good offer.

The pool is just okay, but if you travel with children there are hotels with nicer pools in that area like the Mercure. The breakfast is standard without any delights. The bathroom is okay but would need some maintenance soon.

Dirty Resort Full of Plastic garbage

Very dirty seaside. near the jetty is full of plastic garbage. Most of the guests are Chinese and apparently they don't seem to bother. If you want to ruin your holiday mood, then stay. Otherwise, just avoid.

A bit out of town

I thought I had booked a private pick up from the airport but had to share with many other people. It was very expensive for the short ride and being kept waiting for 30 minutes by other passengers. The room was clean and comfy. I only stayed 1 night and headed off early for the airport. The breakfast box I was given was more than adequate.

Not for classical turists, exept divers

Housekeeping, comfortable bed, quiet Air condition, drinking water for 24 hours, not so far from the Cíty centre, very cheap local traffic, hotel offers airport transfer

Problems with food on breakfast, waiting for all, for example bread, soup, eggs products, bad location, no possible to swim in the sea, no restaurants, no shops around

I stay here on the day of my birthday.

I stay here on the day of my birthday. They give me suprisingly Nice birthday cake. The staffs are very nice and friendly, especially Regina.

The location is quite far from the centrum, but you can easily book grab or gocar, kind of uber taxi for €2.5.

Nice and clean

Very clean and modern facilities. Easy access to the airport, don't need to go through centre Manado traffic, only 4 Euro (30 min).

Problem to get the orders right in the Seafood restaurant. But after a 1 hour perod it finaly was right. However the food was excellent.

Great spot for divers. Comfortable stay with friendly staff

Pool water was clean & refreshing. Lovely big bathroom, beautiful grounds & scenery. Friendly staff. Need to organise diving directly through Blue Magic Manado Dive Centre (Derren is amazing!!), not through NDC reception. Travel to and from airport via taxi (around IDR50 000 per taxi vs IDR120 000pp via hotel shuttle bus)

Dinner at seafood restaurant was dripping in oil, although seafood was fresh. Breakfast was fine. With organising trips outside hotel, it took a while for staff to get back back to me with prices (I had explored options of visiting Tarsier monkeys, paragliding & white water rafting). In the end, we did have a great day white water rafting.

The room is bright, clean, and spacious.

Still work in progress, children facilities not yet completed. Too many stair, not suitable for elderly, dissability or baby stroller. Also the big led tv in the bedroom is useless because there is no clear to view channel at all

What was the highlight of NDC Resort & Spa

WARNING: Be prepared for being accused and don't stay there if you are a local (Minahasan)

To be honest, I had high expectation about this place. All the picture showing on the internet looks amazing and when we arrived there, it proven! Everything was just as great as the picture. However, the experience I faced during my stay there is a NO - NO to stay there again, especially about the staffs behavior. Not all, but the 2 guys that talked to me on the pool and the one who wore batik and stood in the receptionist area, who was arrogantly accused me for put the stain on the towel. Trust me, there is nothing to do with your good resort if your staff behave like that. Please ask them to keep their manner to all guests especially to the local guest. Train them properly.

I never expected to give a bad review for this place. However, the experience I had during my stay there made me have no option but to give this score. First. On the first day of my stay, I went to swim with my family and for about an hour inside the pool, I noticed that nobody proactively give us any towel nor provided inside the room. When I was about to ask for a towel, the Chinese group asked for it first, then the staff easily provided it to them. So, I asked for mine too, but .. the response from the staff who wore a batik shirt was unexpected. I guess because he heard that we were talking using the local language, so he just responded "Oh .. it can't be provided to the people from outside". I was like "Excuse me, I'm staying here, my room is in there", while pointed on the building I stayed. Then he ridiculously replied "Oh .. sorry. If you guys are staying here, then you may use your own towel inside the room". I was like .. really? I lost my words and I knew, there is no point to argue with this kind of person. The next day, I asked the same pool towel using english .. guess what, they provided it right away. Funny. So unprofessional. Second. Before check out, I always have that behavior to make-up the bed and make the room as clean as what I want to see when I arrive to that place, so technically we left the room in the good condition before we proceed to check out (From 1-10, I can score it 8). However, during the checked out process, I was surprised when the receptionist informed me that they spotted a stain on 1 of the towel inside the bathroom and I will be charged IDR 100,000 for that. I was really shocked, because .. First - I didn't use the small towel at all but they informed they found it on the sink. C'mon, I put all towels inside the basket. Second, the stain looks like rust stains, so it's a bit weird that we were the one who put it on.

Very good resort with good place,We can see all Manado gulf and Bunaken national park island. Chinese food just crayfish and tomato soap are classical and delicious .Alipay is very convenient. The resort have boat to snorkeling and dive

It is a little far ways to go to city center .The other service is a little expensive than FeiZhu,just like snorkeling ,dive,boat transfer.
